These teams, located in Muncie and Indianapolis meet each morning during the week, and then spend days and evenings in the homes of our customers, demonstrating our products, and getting people happily involved in the L.J. Hours are flexible, though most appointments are weekday evenings and Saturdays before 4pm.

Installers: Do you take pride in your handy work and skills as a master craftsman? Our professional and experienced installers fulfill the dreams of our customers as they provide replacement windows and doors, siding, patio enclosures, decks, acrylic bath systems and cabinet refacing. Do you want the stability of a company in business since 1967 that stands behind the specialists that install our top quality products? If so, this is the career move you've been seeking! Installers must have own tools, truck, and some experience (amount varies by department). From time to time, helpers are needed. These individuals need not have tools and a truck, and while some experience is helpful, it is not necessary.
