The Position:
The Customer Service Representative is a key position with our company. You are one of the primary points of contact with past and present customers. Your communication and problem solving skills are critical in helping them to get the home remodeling project they have always wanted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with issues related to their current and past remodeling projects
- Ordering of products from our manufacturing partners
- Assist with scheduling service technicians for product installation or repair
- Ensure customers have a positive experience when working with our company
- Data entry for customer work requests and new remodeling projects
Skills Knowledge and Expertise:
- Above average skills with interpersonal communication – including in person, by phone and written communication skills
- Naturally outgoing and self-disciplined
- Superior customer service skills – Past experience in a customer relationship position a strong plus
- Proactive problem solver mindset
- Comfortable using and creating Microsoft Excel and Word documents
- Computer and office technology skills – including the ability to learn the use of the company’s CRM software for data input and customer database integrity
