What’s the Position? – Bath Installation Technician
A full time W-2 position. Your role will be to deliver outstanding workmanship and customer satisfaction during the installation of bath remodeling projects for our homeowner clients.
This is a full time, company employee position – not a subcontractor job. You don’t have to worry about where your next job is coming from or worry at the end of the year about your 1099 tax situation.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Minimum 7 years hands on experience in general carpentry and bath remodeling
- Experience in light plumbing, tile and drywall work is a definite plus
- Valid Indiana Drivers License
- Can pass a criminal background check
- Pride in his workmanship and attention to detail
- Tools and equipment relative to the position
- Good communication skills
- Open minded to change and improvements
- Problem solver mindset
- Physically capable of completing the jobs
