How L.J. Stone, Inc. is prioritizing your health. COVID-19
Like you, L.J. Stone, Inc. is monitoring the latest news about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) closely. Above all, our number one priority is the health and safety of all the members of our community. We recognize that many of our customers have projects underway and require our services for the safety and comfort of their homes. Therefore, we are doing all we can to make sure our call center is open to assist you. Likewise, our Design Consultants and Installation Teams are following the guidelines and procedures provided by the CDC.
Taking Active Measures against COVID-19
We go beyond simply monitoring the situation. Further, we are taking active measures to make sure our Design Consultants and Installation Teams are practicing preventative measures. Likewise, we continue to follow the latest CDC and state guidelines to ensure the safety and welfare of our teams while providing these services. This includes:
-All of our team members are under continual training to uphold safe hygiene practices under the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
-We are vigilant in how we clean up in your home. Now more than ever are wiping common areas and digital devices down with disinfecting wipes.
-Continuing to enforce our policy of not allowing employees who are ill or showing signs of illness to come to work or into your home.
At L.J. Stone, Inc. we are committed to reducing the risk by bringing our showroom and services to you. While we recognize that your home renovation project may not be at the forefront of your mind today, we are still open and available to discuss your needs.
Respectfully, it is our homeowners who will determine the comfort level of interaction as we move through these coming days. We are grateful for the opportunities you provide for us. Please know we are here for you. We continue to serve you and are doing everything we can to to help you with your home improvement needs.
We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and adjust procedures, if necessary, so we can safely enable everyone to make their house a home.
