We’re in the “Goldilocks Zone”
Buying local is great. When you can do it and not have any issues. One problem that often comes up is many local companies are on the small side. As much as they may want to take care of you, they just lack the resources and manpower to be able to help you with the level of service you need.
Something else to think about; 2 out of 3 home improvement contractors close their doors within the first five years in business. This is a tough business to survive in long term. If you make the wrong choice and choose a company that hits the wall, the warranties and promises made are worthless.
We’re the exception. We’ve been around since 1967. In that time, we’ve completed over 46,000 projects for Indiana homeowners. That makes us one of Central Indiana’s largest local exterior remodelers. Every year, a large percentage of our work comes from repeat and referrals from our existing customers.
What does that mean for you? We’re in the “Goldilocks Zone”. Not too big and not too small, we’re just right. We’re big enough to have the resources and staying power to be there when you need us. However, we’re still “small” enough to provide you with the level of service only a local company can provide.
Are we the cheapest? Maybe not. You can always find a company willing to sell lower quality products for lower prices. However, as the saying goes – The bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the cheap price is forgotten. In the end, a project must make sense financially. No question. Affordability is one of our best features and one of the reasons we have grown to be Central Indiana’s ‘go to’ remodeler.
