Neighborhood Engagement Representative / Appointment Setter $14/Hour Starting Base Pay + Uncapped Bonuses | Full-Time | Paid Training

L.J. Stone is a growing, high-end home remodeling company looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our Neighborhood Marketing Team.
This is not a sales position. You won't be selling products or asking homeowners to make purchasing decisions. Instead, you'll introduce our company to homeowners, answer basic questions, and schedule free consultations for our design team.

What You'll Do
- Speak with homeowners in neighborhoods where we've recently completed projects
- Share information about our products and services
- Set appointments for free in-home consultations
- Distribute marketing materials
- Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm

LJ Stone did a great job with installing new bath unit in hall and stand up shower in the master for us. Joe did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and tidy. He was on time everyday and called me if he needed a question answered. Amy kept me informed on the start date as the materials were being processed. 5 Stars for everybody.
Words cannot express how great our tub-to-shower conversion turned out! Donny’s workmanship and attention to detail was clear from the start. Great communication throughout the process and the final results show. Steve, the plumber, did an amazing job! Everything was left cleaner than when begun and are both really pleased with the results!
